The digital health consultancies D Health (UK) and Enspektos (US) have announced a strategic partnership to support the delivery of a new programme that aims to provide executives working in corporate organisations with the skills, understanding and strategies to implement innovation in digital health.

The Digital Health Mastermind will deliver learning in a live peer group environment, complemented by one to one virtual sessions led by Steven Dodsworth (D Health) and Fard Johnmar (Enspektos), supported by the Mastermind faculty; executives who will share their first-hand experience of implementing innovation in digital health within a corporate environment (formerly with JnJ, IBM, Virgin Care and Road To Health).

Module themes include:

Achieving Market Mastery: How to Move from Confusion to Decisive, Informed Action.

Partner Selection, Assessment and Synchronization: Qualification, Financials, Leadership, Engagement and Implementation.

Making Internal Innovation Work: Planning, Communication, Metrics and Results

Innovation Commercialization: From Ideation to Revenue

Fard Johnmar: "Digital health has moved from the age of awareness to the age of implementation and this transition presents both challenge and opportunity. There is a growing expectation within multinationals that learning and innovation in digital health should lead to growth and we are delighted to have teamed up with D Health to deliver this unique programme to help executives develop the necessary capabilities to help them prosper in this rapidly changing landscape".

Steve Dodsworth: "We are entering a new phase where genuine opportunity is presented to global companies that can translate both external and internal innovation into commercial activity but digital health remains an emerging market with unusual dynamics. As such, this partnership with Enspektos in association with our Mastermind faculty, provides an unrivaled level of expertise and experience to deliver the Mastermind programme to ensure execs working within corporate environments are equipped to succeed".

The Digital Health Mastermind: Implementing Innovation will commence in early 2020.
